Staci has worked in the gaming industry for over twenty-eight years. She rejoined Station Casinos in 2013 and now serves as Executive Vice President | Innovation and Administration for the company.Her responsibilities include leading the Information Technology, Marketing, Human Resources and Gaming Development divisions.
Prior to her EVP role, Staci held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer overseeing operations for the entire Company’s advertising, loyalty club (Boarding Pass), player development, communications and marketing programs for all Station Casinos, Fiesta Casinos, Wildfire properties, Gun Lake Casino and the new Graton Resort Casino. Her responsibilities also included digital and social strategy, entertainment, direct marketing and database management.
Previously, Alonso served as Vice President of Global Marketing/Chief Marketing Officer of International Game Technology (IGT). In this role, she oversees all global communications, creative services, research, events, sales enablement and product marketing.
Alonso served as CMO for Warner Gaming, LLC, a casino management & consulting company servicing clients in New Mexico, California, Las Vegas & the state of Washington, along with casino marketing and promotions positions in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, NJ and Detroit, MI.
At the age of 32, she was recognized by LV Business Press as one of the Top 40 under 40 in Las Vegas and in 2002, she was recognized as one of the Top 25 People to Watch in Gamingby Global Gaming Magazine.Raving Fans honored Alonso in 2011 as the recipient of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.In its inaugural year, she was recognized as one of the Top Ten Women in Gaming by Casino Enterprise Management, alongside legendary Claudine Williams.
Alonso has been an active board member for the Shade Tree Shelter in Las Vegas for battered and homeless women & children since 2001.While serving on the board for The Shade Tree, she founded Noah’s Animal House @ The Shade Tree in 2007, the first full service pet kennel on the grounds of a domestic violence shelter in the country.Since inception, Noah’s Animal House has sheltered over 1000 pets for over 80,000 boarding nights.A second location in Reno, NV was announced in 2015 and will open in 2017.Noah’s has been referenced as the Cadillac model from American Humane Association based on its size and full service offerings.
She now resides in Reno and is married to Michael Alonso and is devoted to her 15 year oldson, Noah and their crew of rescue dogs and cats.
