“Behind every great man is a great woman” is one of the quintessential slogans of feminist movement. However, at the BIBO Awards, several great men were standing behind and beside the amazing women in each BIBO Awards city. These men came out to support the mission of the BIBO Awards, which currently held in Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles.

In Chicago 2013, Mark Papadas, founder of I AM 4 Kids Foundation, was the charming Master of Ceremonies of the inaugural event in October 2013. Local personality, Christopher Martin, shared his wit and support on stage at BIBO Awards Atlanta in 2013. Former NFL player, Eddie Drummond also took to the stage as one of the presenters at the BIBO event in Atlanta.

2014 brought more male support to the awards. Celebrity Chef Judson Allen, who frequently appears on the Steve Harvey Show, was one of BIBO Awards esteemed Chicago presenters in October 2014. Veteran radio personality on WGN Radio 720, Dave Jennings, lent his incredible voice and wit to the BIBO Awards in Chicago on 2014 and 2015. In Las Vegas, local hero, councilman Ricki Barlow was an incredible Master of Ceremonies for the inaugural BIBO Las Vegas event. And former San Diego Chargers’ linebacker, Vernon Fox, was on hand to present in the Outstanding Cause Advocacy category.

Race car driver, instructor, and local favorite, Matt Jaskol, was an enthusiastic presenter at BIBO Awards Las Vegas 2015. Dr. Donald Arnette, author and oncology expert, was the dapper Master of Ceremonies at the BIBO Awards Las Vegas event. CNN news editor and red carpet correspondent, Joe Sutton, has been a loyal supporter to BIBO Awards in Las Vegas and Los Angeles in 2014 & 2015.

To assist in making the debut of the BIBO Awards in Los Angeles a success, comedian and youth empowerment speaker, Ernie G, was a smash hit as a funny and engaging Master of Ceremonies. Child actor Deon Richmond (of the “Cosby” show) and World Boxing Foundation Regional Director, Alan Santana, were on hand as well to honor the ladies. And the charming Geir Ness, fragrance designer whose scent, Laila, is featured in Nordstrom department stores nationwide, presented to the BIBO Starlet Los Angeles, Alli Simpson.

Let’s give a round of applause to these great men, and the others that also came out to support the mission of BIBO, for their dedication and appreciation of female role models and leaders
