The BIBO Awards made its debut in Los Angeles on September 12th, 2015. 15 incredible Chicago-based women were honored for their hard work, role model, and leadership qualities. Among these ladies was the amazing Shellie Hunt, founder of Women for Global Change; Director and producer Nicole Conn; actress and cancer survivor Lourdes Colon; BIBO Starlet Los Angeles, Alli Simpson, and so many others! They all received the coveted Reflection Award trophy as well as 11 other astounding women. Singers Olivia Dvorak and Jamilla performed amazing live music and the BIBO Awards organization received a commendation from the California legislature. Correspondent, Joe Sutton of CNN, was on hand to interview these outstanding women and some of the incredible presenters. Comedian and empowerment speaker, Ernie G, and HLN's "Travel Chasers" host, Rachel Rudwall, were the event's Master of Ceremonies and Co-host.
